About Us

Previously, the Arcas team had all worked for BS Technical Services until the sad death of Brian Spencer in 2019. We have a combined industry experience of over fifty years and have established a network of professional services. 

We offer an initial £90 consultation to come and meet with you to discuss your project in depth. This fee is redeemable against the future fees for your project. The next stage is for us to prepare a detailed estimate for your consideration.  Once accepted, we will arrange a convenient time for us to revisit site to take dimensions and levels if required.  Once we have an initial scheme prepared, we will send it to you for your consideration. Ideally, we would meet with you to discuss the proposals and talk you through the plans, but at the moment this is not always possible.

We have a good working relationship with all the local authorities in this area, and the majority of our work is based in Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Powys, as well as projects further afield.

We are passionate about all aspects of design and how to make best use of your available space. Of primary importance is how the building works for you and your needs.
